Pedestrian struck and killed on Tonique Williams-Darling Highway

Nassau, Bahamas - Officers from the Police Traffic Department are investigating the circumstances the death of a male pedestrian, who died following a traffic accident on Tuesday 10th January 2017.

Reports are that shortly after 7:00pm, an adult male was walking on Tonique Williams - Darling Highway when a vehicle driven by an adult male struck him. The man was rushed to hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.

Investigations are ongoing.
