Nassau police appeal for information into two separate deaths

Nassau, Bahamas - Police are appealing to the public for information to assist in their investigations into the deaths of two men that occurred 29th December 2016.

In the first incident shortly after 1:00pm, Police received a report of a man found dead at a service road located between Graham Drive and Derby Road, Yellow Elder Gardens. When responding officers arrived on the scene they met the lifeless body of a male wrapped in a blanket. The officers examined examine the body of the male and observed injuries. The male was pronounced dead on the scene.

In the second incident, shortly after 7:00pm, police received a report that a man was shot in front of a home located on Vitae Road, Jubilee Gardens. When responding officers arrived on the scene they met the lifeless body of a male who had been shot. The male was pronounced dead on the scene.
Investigations are ongoing.
