RBPF Grand Bahama: (5) males arrested for possession of dangerous drugs and cash

Drug Enforcement Unit Officers in Grand Bahama arrest (5)
males after they were found in possession of a quantity of
cash and dangerous drugs in four separate incidents.

Reports are that on Tuesday 18th December 2018 shortly before 8:00pm, Drug Enforcement Unit officers while on mobile patrol, stopped a silver Chrysler town and country van with two male occupants, who were found in possession of over $15,000.00 in U.S and Bahamian currency. They were subsequently arrested after being unable to give a satisfactory reason. 

In the second incident, officers executed a search warrant at a residence on John Rutt Lane, Hudson Estates, where they discovered a quantity of suspected marijuana. A male was arrested and taken into police custody.

In the third and fourth incidents, Drug Enforcement Unit officers, while on Adventurers Way, arrested two males in two separate incidents after they were found in possession of a quantity of suspected marijuana.
