RBPF Nassau: Illegal gun seized, 1 man in custody

Nassau, Bahamas - Police has removed yet another illegal firearm off the streets of New Providence, on Sunday, 24th December, 2017.   Shortly after 4:00am, officers from the Mobile Division, acting on information while on Farrington Road, conducted a search of a vehicle and recovered a black Glock .45 pistol and six rounds of ammunition.  

One male was taken into custody and is expected to be formally charged before the Magistrate Court next week.
