Nassau, Bahamas - On Tuesday 28th October 2014, sometime around 4:30pm a 24yr old female resident of West Street was walking along Laird Street when a lone male accosted her, produced a handgun, held her at bay and demanded her bag. The assailant relieved the woman of her cell phone and her hand bag containing cash and other personal effects. He escaped on foot into the West Street area.
POLICE are appealing to anyone with information regarding any crime, no matter how small or insignificant (the tip) may seem, to anonymously call Police at 919 or CRIME STOPPERS at 328-TIPS (8477) (New Providence) or 1-242-300-8476 (Family Islands)
