RBPF Nassau: Man and woman arrested after firearm & ammunition seized in house

Nassau, Bahamas - POLICE are reporting the seizure of an illegal firearm during an operation conducted by the Flying Squad earlier this evening.

Reports are that shortly after 4:30pm, a team of officers from the Flying Squad acting on intelligence conducted a search of a home located Dorsette Alley and West Street, where they found a 9 - millimeter pistol along with 10 rounds of ammunition. An adult male and female were taken into custody in connection with this find.
