RBPF Nassau: Man shot with pellet gun - Two armed robberies overnight

POLICE REQUEST PUBLIC’S ASSISTANCE IN SOLVING TWO ARMED ROBBERIES

(Nassau, Bahamas) - Police are requesting the public’s assistance in solving two overnight arm robberies that occurred on Wednesday 9th April 2014.

In the first incident, shortly after 9:00pm, a man was riding his red cruiser bicycle through Goal Alley, when a man armed with a cutlass robbed him of his bicycle and fled on foot.

In the second incident, shortly after 10:00pm, a man was driving his gold Ford vehicle license number 229797 on Fire Trail Road, when three men armed with a handgun robbed him of his vehicle and sped off.  

Investigations are ongoing.  

POLICE REQUEST PUBLIC’S ASSISTANCE IN SOLVING A SHOOTING INCIDENT  

POLICE are requesting the public’s assistance in solving a shooting incident that occurred on Thursday 10th April 2014.  According to reports, shortly after 12:00midnight a man was entering his home located at Roberts Drive, when he was shot to the head with pellets from a shotgun. The man was taken to hospital where he is listed in stable condition.  

Investigations are ongoing.

 Police are appealing to anyone who may have any information regarding any of these incidents, no matter how small or insignificant (the tip) may seem, to anonymously call Police at 919 or CRIME STOPPERS at 328-TIPS (8477) (New Providence) or 1-242-300-8476 (Family Islands)
