POLICE ON THE HUNT FOR AN ARMED SUSPECT IN SHOOTING INCIDENT

Nassau, Bahamas - Police are searching for an armed suspect responsible for a shooting incident that has left two men detained in hospital on Thursday 7th July 2016.

Reports are that shortly before 9:00pm, two men were standing on the side of a road in Okra Hill, when a man armed with a handgun approached and shot them before fleeing on foot. The two victims were rushed to hospital where they remain in stable condition.

Investigations are ongoing.

ARMED ROBBERY SUSPECTS BEING SORT AFTER BY POLICE

Police are searching for two armed suspects responsible for an armed robbery that occurred on Friday 8th July 2016.

Reports are that shortly after 1:30am, a man was riding his red 2008 Sym Jet motorcycle on St. Alban’s Drive, when he was approached by two men in a white champagne coloured hatch back vehicle who robbed him of his motorcycle before speeding off.

Investigations are ongoing.
