RBPF Nassau: Police are investigating the country’s latest homicide - Shooting victims identified

POLICE ARE INVESTIGATING THE COUNTRY’S LATEST
HOMICIDE. 

Nassau, Bahama - Police on New Providence are investigating a shooting incident, Thursday, 30th May, 2019 which left an adult male dead.
 
According to reports, shortly after 10:00pm, male was standing in front of a residence on Shady Tree Street, Culmersville, when a silver vehicle pulled up to him. The occupants opened fired in his direction, injuring him before speeding away. Paramedics transported the injured man to hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.

Police are appealing to members of the public, who may have information that can assist with this investigations, to contact the Central Detective Unit at 502-9991/2, Crime stoppers at 328-TIPS (8477) or the nearest police station. 

Investigations are ongoing.

SHOOTING VICTIMS IDENTIFIED

Police have officially identified the  male who were shot on Tuesday, 28th May, 2019 at Raymond Road and later died in hospital as James Dalean age 18 years of Key West Street. 

An adult male has been arrested in connection with this matter and is assisting police.
