POLICE INVESTIGATES OVERNIGHT ARMED ROBBERY

Nassau, Bahamas - Police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a male responsible for an armed robbery, which occurred Tuesday, 28th May, 2019.

According to reports, shortly after 10:00pm a woman was standing in front of a home in the southwestern district of New Providence, when she was approached by an armed male who robbed her of her 2012 black Nissan March ad made good his escape.

Investigations are ongoing.

DANGEROUS DRUGS RECOVERED

According to reports, shortly after 8:00pm, Tuesday 28th May, 2019 Mobile Division Officers, acting on information conducted a search of an abandon building on Soldier Road near to Woodlawn Way and recovered a black plastic bag which contained a quantity of suspected marijuana.

No arrest was made in this incident. Investigations are ongoing.
