RBPF Nassau: Police searching for armed robbery suspects - 11 arrested by mobile division

POLICE SEARCHING FOR ARMED ROBBERY SUSPECTS

Nassau, Bahamas - Police are searching for two males responsible for an armed robbery which occurred on Sunday 26th November, 2017.  

Reports are that shortly before 1pm, two men, one armed with a handgun entered a local Web Shop on Cowpen Road and robbed the cashier of cash before fleeing in a silver vehicle.   

Investigations are ongoing.  

11 ARRESTED BY MOBILE DIVISION OFFICERS DURING 48 HOURS PERIOD

Mobile Division targeted patrols intended to reduce crime, and to minimize the ability for criminals to commit criminal activities, has resulted in the arrest of eleven (11) persons during the past 24 hours for, possession of dangerous drugs and outstanding court warrants.

Additionally forty-four (44) drivers were ticketed for various traffic violations.
