Fast food restaurant on Prince Charles Drive robbed

Nassau, Bahamas - Police are asking members of the public to come forth with any information they may have in solving an armed robbery, which occurred Thursday, 19th April, 2018.

According to reports, shortly after 10:00pm, two armed men pulled up to the drive thru window of a fast food restaurant on Prince Charles Drive. One of the men came from the vehicle and robbed the cashier of cash before getting back into a 2009 black Chevrolet Cobalt and speeding off. 

Investigations into this matter are ongoing.

POLICE ARE APPEALING TO ANYONE WITH INFORMATION REGARDING ANY CRIME, NO MATTER HOW SMALL OR INSIGNIFICANT (THE TIP) MAY SEEM, TO ANONYMOUSLY CALL POLICE AT 919 OR CRIME STOPPERS AT 328-TIPS (8477) (NEW PROVIDENCE) OR 1-242-300-8477 (FAMILY ISLANDS)

PREVENTION CRIME TIP: TAKE A STAND AGAINST ILLEGAL FIREARMS BY COOPERATING WITH THE POLICE IN PROVIDING INFORMATION REGARDING THE WHEREABOUTS OF ANY ILLEGAL FIREARM.
