RBPF Nassau report 2 stabbings and a shooting overnight

Nassau, Bahamas - Police are seeking the public’s help in solving two stabbings and a shooting incident that has left three males detained in hospital on Monday 29th September 2014.
 
In the first incident, shortly after 1:00pm, a man was walking on St. Vincent Road, when a man known to him stabbed to the back and fled on foot. The victim was transported to hospital, where his condition is listed as stable.
 
In the second incident, shortly before 4:00pm, a male student was walking on Balfour Avenue and Lincoln Boulevard, when he got into an altercation with a group of male students and was stabbed to the shoulder.

The victim was transported to hospital, where he was treated for minor injuries.
 
In the third incident, shortly before 2:00pm, a man was walking in Mt. Tabor Estates, when a man armed with a handgun shot him in the leg and fled on foot. The victim was transported to hospital, where his injury is listed as stable.
 
Investigations are ongoing.

POLICE are appealing to anyone with information regarding any crime, no matter how small or insignificant (the tip) may seem, to anonymously call Police at 919 or CRIME STOPPERS at 328-TIPS (8477) (New Providence) or 1-242-300-8476 (Family Islands)
