Armed men rob Nassau house party at Twynam Avenue

POLICE SEEK PUBLIC’S ASSISTANCE IN SOLVING ARMED ROBBERY

Nassau, Bahamas - POLICE are seeking the public’s assistance in solving an armed robbery that occurred on Sunday 20th July 2014.

According to reports, shortly after 12:00midnight, three men armed with a handgun entered a home located at Twynam Avenue off Mackey Street where a party was being held. The suspects robbed several persons at the party of cellphones, jewelry and cash before fleeing in a dark coloured CRV vehicle.

Investigations are ongoing.

POLICE are appealing to anyone with information regarding any crime, no matter how small or insignificant (the tip) may seem, to anonymously call Police at 919 or CRIME STOPPERS at 328-TIPS (8477) (New Providence) or 1-242-300-8476 (Family Islands)
