RBPF Nassau: Two males arrested in separate incidents for armed robbery and burglary - 5 arrested during operation

TWO MALES ARRESTED IN SEPARATE INCIDENTS FOR ARMED ROBBERY AND BURGLARY

Nassau, Bahamas - In the first incident, around 3:30pm on Thursday 28th May 2015, officers from the Flying Squad arrested a 17 – year old male and a 16 – year old male at Lewis Street for burglary.

In the second incident, around 5:30pm on Thursday 28th May 2015, officers from the Firearms Tracing and

Investigations Unit arrested a 21 – year old male at his Tucker Road home for an armed robbery that occurred on Tuesday 26th May 2015.

5 ARRESTED DURING SOUTHEASTERN DIVISION OPERATION


Consistent with the Commissioner’s Policing Priorities for 2015, Southeastern Division officers conducted an operation in the division earlier today, that targeted persons wanted for various criminal offences.

The operation resulted in the arrest of 5 persons for stealing, threats of death, causing harm and causing damage.
