Nassau, Bahamas - Shortly after 1:00pm yesterday, officers from ‘Operation Take Down’ were on patrol in Gamble Heights, when they saw two suspicious males carrying a shotgun and a bag in their hands. The males of seeing the officers dropped the shotgun and bag before fleeing on foot. The officers gave chase but were unable to catch the two males. The officers then retrieved the shotgun and bag containing a pouch, an ipad and several boxes of cologne from the ground.

A short while later police received a report that the items were stolen during a house breaking in Gamble Heights yesterday morning.

Police are appealing to anyone who may have any information regarding any crime, no matter how small or insignificant (the tip) may seem, to anonymously call Police at 919 or CRIME STOPPERS at 328-TIPS (8477) OR 1-242-300-8476 (FAMILY ISLANDS)
