RBPF Nassau: Woman robbed of 2002 Honda CRV - 8 arrests made overnight

Nassau, Bahamas - Police are requesting the public’s help in solving an armed robbery that occurred on Sunday 31st August 2014.

According to reports, shortly after 8:30pm, a woman was at Montia Avenue located at Garden Hills, when a masked man armed with a handgun robbed her of her white 2002 Honda CRV vehicle and sped off.

The investigation continues.

Mobile Division Make 8 Arrest Overnight - Consistent with the Commissioner’s Policing Priorities for 2014, Mobile Division saturation patrols intended to reduce crime and to minimize the ability for criminals to commit criminal activities resulted in the arrests of eight (8) persons overnight for various minor and major offences.
