Onassis Justin Williams age 19 years of Hudson Avenue was arraigned before
Magistrate Charlton Smith in Magistrate Court #2 on Causing Harm Charge. He
pleaded guilty to the charge and was conditionally discharged, placed on probation
for 1 year, to serve 200 hours of community service and to compensate the virtual
complainant $500. He is to return to court on the 21st July 2015 to see if all
requirements were being met. Failure to do so he will spend six months at Her
Majesty’s Prison in New Providence. This is in connection to the incident at the
Grand Bahama Post Office that was posted on social media.
