SUSPECT TO APPEAR IN COURT TODAY ON MURDER AND SEVERAL UNLAWFUL SEXUAL INTERCOURSE CHARGES

A 23 – year old man of Tranquil Avenue will be arraigned in court today at 11:00am for the murder of Luternier Excellus that occurred on May 8, 2015. Additionally, the suspect will be arraigned on five (5) Counts Unlawful Sexual Intercourse and two (2) Counts of Attempted Unlawful Sexual Intercourse.

PILOT TO APPEAR IN COURT TODAY ON TRAFFICKING IN PERSONS CHARGES

A 41 – year old Pilot of Booty Drive, Freeport, Grand Bahama, will appear in court at 11:00am today to be formally charged with Trafficking in Persons. 

SEVERAL SUSPECTS TO APPEAR IN COURT FOR A NUMBER OF SERIOUS OFFENCES

POLICE are also please to report that several other suspects will be arraigned in court at 11:00am today to be formally charge with a number of serious offences.

A 16 – year old male reference to Armed Robbery

A 15 – year old male of Young Street reference to Armed Robbery

A 22 – year old male of Rolleville, Exuma reference to Possession of an Unlicensed Firearm

A 44 – year old male of First Street reference to Possession of an Unlicensed Firearm

An 23 – year old male of Evergreen Close reference to Possession of an Unlicensed Firearm

An 30 – year old male of Okra Hill reference to Shop Breaking

A 35 – year old male of Prim Rose Street reference to Assault

A 59 – year old male of Thompson Court reference to Unlawful Possession

A 35 – year old male of Eneas Street reference to Unlawful Possession
