Nassau, Bahamas - A 60 year old man of Massachusetts, USA is in custody after he was arrested for failing to declare on Wednesday 16th July 2014.According to reports, shortly after 4:00pm, the suspect was arrested at the LPIA, US Departure Lounge by Airport Police officers after he failed to declare $40,800.00 in cash to US Customs and Border Patrol officials.
The suspect is expected to appear in court later today to be formally charged.
