Coquitlam, BC, Canada - It's been one year since I relocated back to my homeland of Canada and things are going very, very well.
The Bahamas Weekly is humming along and we have discovered that with a Canada bureau and Bahamas based bureau, we are far more effective as a news entity.
I was surprised one day when I went to collect my mail, and discovered the beautiful glossy 8 x 11'
Turks and Caicos Magazine!
I am not sure how they found my address, but what a pleasant surprise. The magazine is not only a perfect tourism tool, it is also entertaining by being both visually to look at and interesting to read.
According to their website,
Turks & Caicos Magazine is a lifestyle publication featuring
faces and places, fashion, technology, indulgence, travel and real
estate topics that are relevant to our ‘beautiful by nature’ Turks &
Caicos Islands. With the islands being the ideal destination for travel
aficionados, Turks & Caicos Magazine highlights the people that
have jointly formed a unique Caribbean community. It is our goal to
provide unique views on the extraordinary experiences one can have in
Turks & Caicos.
The magazine reaches affluent travelers in the USA, Canada and of course
the Turks & Caicos Islands through a variety of targeted
distribution channels. Turks & Caicos Magazine is published three
times per year by Eden Media Ltd, a Turks and Caicos Islands registered
company.
The Turks & Caicos Islands are located just 550 miles southeast of Miami, just south of the Bahamas chain.
The islands are surrounded by the third largest barrier reef in the
world providing for unparalleled watersports and leisure possibilities.
Location and ample airlift make the
islands a convenient destination.
Thanks again - I can't wait to receive the next issue! The Bahamas would do well to provide a similar print publication!
