We suggest to try the pre-fixe menu options.  Our 4 course menu lets you choose 1 selection from each of the 4 categories of our menu.  This is a good way to introduce yourself to new flavours.  Also available are the 5 course Chef's Tasting Menu, the 5 course Chef's Vegetable Menu and the ultimate expression of what Flying Fish represents, the 7 course Chef's Tasting Menu

Also available is wine matchings intelligently chosen by certified Sommelier, Manager Rebecca Tibbitts.
