Bahamas Humane Society 2015 AGM set for September 16th

Nassau, New Providence - The Bahamas Humane Society's 2015 Annual General Meeting will be held  on Wednesday, September 16th at 6 p.m. at the BHS shelter in Chippingham.

All members are invited to attend.

Your membership must be current in order to vote at the AGM.  If you'd like to check on your membership status, please contact bahamashumanesocietymembership@gmail.com

If you are not yet a member and would like to become one, we encourage you to do so. A registration form is attached below.

Membership helps keep the adoption animals fed, the ambulance insured and filled with gas, the medications bought for the clinics, and more.  Become a member today!

If you're visiting the shelter and are hungry, be sure to check out the newest addition to the Chippingham landscape.  The mother of one of our staff members has set up a hot dog stand, selling hot dogs and drinks at a reasonable cost - and the best part?  Part of the proceeds go to the BHS so you'll be helping the animals as well as satisfying your hunger!

The 2-for-1 cat/kitten adoption special has been extended through the month of August.

If you've been considering adopting a cat or kitten now is a great time to do so!
