Bahamas Red Cross releases Christmas Card selection for 2016

Nassau, Bahamas - The Bahamas Red Cross Society celebrates “The Brilliant Colours of The Bahamas” in it’s Christmas Card selection for 2016.

The first card presents the striking flower of the PAUPERIS ORCHID “The Bahamas Poor Mans Orchid” Photography by Andrew Aitken.

The second card depicts The Vivid Colours of Bahamian Straw Works Reflect the Beauty of the Season” Photography by Andrew Aitken

The third card depicts “Aerial View-Nassau Harbour & Paradise Island Bahamas” Photography by Troy Aitken
 
The fourth card depicts “Caribbean Flamingo-Phoenicopterus Ruber” This bright orange – pink plumaged bird is one of 60,000 nesting around Lake Windsor, Inagua, Bahamas; an island of Sea, Salt, Flamingos and Sunken Treasure.” Art Piece by Troy Aitken

The cards are available for purchase and early mailing at Red Cross Headquarters on John F. Kennedy Drive. Sales of these cards support the ongoing “Matthew” Hurricane Relief efforts of the Red Cross Society throughout the Bahamas.
