Freeport, Grand Bahama - November 28th, 2014
Remarks by Paula Stewart, AML Foods  Financial Controller:

Every year through our “Gifts for Good” program and our brands Solomon’s, Cost Right Wholesale Club and Domino’s Pizza, we seek to do our part and come to the aid of persons in need in the Freeport community.

Freeport continues to experience economic challenges and we want to do our part to help the community that supports our brands on a daily basis, in any way that we can.  Freeport is home to our 300 plus Employees and Management Team, most of whom have lived here all their lives, so the success of the island is very important to us.

Our Management Team, present here today, all have close ties to the community and are committed to serving Freeport with excellence.

Trevor Edgecombe, born in Coopers Town, started with the Company immediately out of High School as a Warehouse Assistant.  He now holds the position of Store Manager at Cost Right.

James Williams, Store Manager for Solomon’s Lucaya and Jermaine Smith – Store Mangaer for Solomon’s Queens Highway are both proud Grand Bahamians with 26 years and 15 years experience respectively, in the Grocery Business.

LaGeisha Miller started working with Domino's Pizza in 1996 as a Customer Service Representative.  Today she holds the post of Operations Manager.  Sherell Rolle, Store Manger of Domino’s Pizza Queens Highway has worked with the Company for 12 years.

Recognizing that every year the Salvation Army helps countless individuals and families at Christmas, as well as throughout the year, Solomon’s, Cost Right and Domino’s Pizza decided to launch this year’s Gifts for Good Program with a donation to the Salvation Army in Freeport.

The Kettle Drive has been giving hope to many in the Bahamas since 1931 and we feel it is important to support this worthy cause.  We want Grand Bahamians to know that our brands are a part of the Freeport community and are also here to offer hope.

We feel proud that we are able to help provide groceries and other basic needs for the less fortunate and encourage other Corporate Sponsors to support the Salvation Army in their efforts to bring joy to the Freeport community this Holiday Season.
