Bahamian baseball player, Brandon Murray signs National Letter of Intent for Charleston College

South Carolina - On Tuesday, November 17, 2009, Brandon Murray signed his letter of intent with the College of Charleston.  The Cougars and baseball head Coach Dan Roszel are “very excited that Brandon will be joining them in the fall.”    Brandon has attended Trinity Christian Academy since the 9th grade.  He is in the Honors program and ranks in the top 5% of his class.   

On the baseball field, Brandon plays outfield.  During his time at Trinity, Brandon has earned the following stats:

Palm Beach Post has recognized Brandon as 1st team all county for three straight years.

The President & Executive Committee of the BAHAMAS BASEBALL FEDERATION congratulates young  BRANDON MURRAY as he takes another giant step in his life, signing the NATIONAL LETTER OF INTENT to attend COLLEGE OF CHARLESTON in FALL 2010.  Young Murray is one of the Bahamas future bright stars in the sport of baseball and the BBF is extremely proud of him and his accomplishments.
 
Congratulations to his proud parents "Bertram & Michelle Murray" as their son is excelling on and off the baseball diamond.  He is a straight "A" student and is in the Honors program at TRINITY CHRISTIAN ACADEMY.
 
 - For the last 3 Season, The Palm Beach Post has recognized BRANDON as 1st Team ALL-COUNTRY
 - Dan Roszel - Head Coach of the Charleston Cougars "I am very excited Brandon will be joining the Cougars this Fall"
 
Young Murray recently represented the Bahamas in July at the Little League 16-18 Latin American Qualifying Tournament in Maracaibo Venezuela.  
 
He plays local baseball for JUNIOR BASEBALL LEAGUE OF NASSAU.  This is another proud moment for the Leagues Executives, as they witness one more of their young stars continue on this very promising journey.
 
We pray for God's continued blessings in young Brandon Murray's future.
