Pelican Bay is the only investment that Sundt
AS has in the Bahamas.
Sundt is also the
majority shareholder of Pandox, a
Swedish-based hotel property company.
Pandox's
hotel property portfolio includes 119 hotels in seven different countries with
brands such as
Scandic, Hilton, Radisson SAS, Crowne
Plaza, Choice, Hyatt, Intercontinental or are independently managed.
