GB Girls Soccer Developmental League TEAM PHOTOS

Grand Bahama Island - The Girls Developmental Soccer League took their TEAM PHOTOS in November, and as a service to the community they are provided here for anyone to copy and save, courtesy of The Bahamas Weekly.

The League continues at the Freeport Football Rugby Club on Saturdays, 2 - 4pm until December 20th (last day before Christmas), and returns on January 10th in 2009 for 2 finals dates ending on January 17th.

A big thank you to The Bahamas Weekly photographer, Lyndah Wells for some of her great photo work, despite challenges that day, and to Coach Danielle and her camera for saving the day!

Inagua  Division

Ocean Motion Stingrays tied Adnil Marine Sharks by the score of 0-0

 

Municipal Motors beat Gators Rent a Car 3-0 Arianna Smith scored all 3 goals for Municipal Motors

 

Krosstown Courage beat Sean Callender & Co  by a score of 4-2

Carniqua Cooper (2 goals) and Maria Lopez (2 goals) scored for Krosstown

Ava Barrett (1 goal) and Shannon Albury (1 goal) scored for Sean Callender & Co

 

Curly Tail Division

 

J.S. Johnson beat Bqrefoot by the score of 12-4

Sarah Knowles was selected player of the game for J.S. Johnson

Alyx McSweeney and Robbin Anderson were selected as all stars for Barefoot   Marketing

 

Tom’s Bakery squeaked a win over Freeport Oil by a score of 6-5

Lauren Albury was selected Player of the Game for Tom’s Bakery

Symone Kemp, Alana Wilchcombe and Eunique Hart were the superstars selected for Freeport Oil.

 

Standings are as follows:

Iguana Division

Krosstown Courage                 18 points

Ocean Motion Stingrays          13 points

Municipal Motors                     7 points

Gators Car Rentals                  6 points

Adnil Marine Sharks                6 points

Sean Callender & Co               1 point

 

Curly Tail Division

Tom’s Bakery                           13 points

J.S. Johnson                             9 points

Barefoot Marketing                    4 points

Freeport Oil                              3 points

 

Here is the upcoming schedule for Girls Soccer:

Dec 6th- Presentation to Mrs. Daisy McPhee and regular soccer day

Dec 13th- regular soccer day

Dec 20th- Christmas treats and parents and coaches play the girls

Jan 10th- regular Soccer Day

Jan 17th- Medal Presentations following the final league games. LAST DAY
