Grand Bahama Island - The Northern Bahamas National Bodybuilding Champsionships took place at the Regency Theatre in Freeport on July 4th, 2009.

Hundreds came out and packed the theatre to enjoy bodybuilding at its finest.

Visiting from Florida was guest poser Debbi Laszeweski.
