After defeating Raymond Tucker in the men's middleweight division for the first time, Andrew Sweeting took on Bruce Silvera welterweight, new novice champion Paul Longly and heavyweight champion Robert Harris for the overall men's pose down to determine who would be crown that night. When the points were in, Robert Harris was crowned by Desmond Bain, winner of the last Northern Bahamas Championships.

The audience got an extra special treat from IFBB Pro body builder Dominican born Victor Martinez, who placed 3rd in the most recent Arnold Classic and is now preparing for Mr Olympia in September in Las Vegas. As always the show was sold out to a capacity crowd at the Regency, which saw several spectators walked away with cruises and other gym memberships as door prizes.
