SHANGHAI, China - Bahamian Shaunae Miller continued her impressive start to the season inside Shanghai Stadium, dominating the women’s 400m field at the Shanghai Diamond League on Saturday May 14th, winning the women's 400m in 50.45 seconds - well outside her world lead of 49.69.

Stephenie-Ann McPherson, Commonwealth champion and World Championships finalist  was second with a season-best 50.98, and in third placed was Natasha Hastings (USA), 51.10.

In the 400m men's hurdles, Grand Bahama's Jeffery Gibson took bronze with a time of 49.11. 4. Coming in first was Michael Tinsley, United States, with 48.90. and second was Patryk Dobek, Poland, with 49.01. 3.
