Top 3 Junior Athletes - Participating on ITF Junior Circuit

Our top female Sydney Clarke and our top two (2)  males Donte Armbrister and Jacobi Bain on the International Tennis Federation (ITF) Junior Circuit are currently in Trinidad participating in the Trinidad Trinity Cup.  Sydney is seeded No. 5 (32-Draw) in Singles and No. 3 in Doubles (16-Draw).  Donte is seeded No. 8 (32-Draw) in Singles and No. 3 in Doubles (16-Draw).

Sydney played her 1st  Singles Round today and won convincingly 6-0, 6-0 against Jade Tom Yew of Trinidad.  Donte also won his 1st Singles Round  in 3 sets 6-3, 4-6, 7-5 against Romani Mayers of Barbados.

Jacobi will play his 1st Singles Round tomorrow morning against Gabriel Hurtado of Columbia.  The trio will play their doubles matches tomorrow.  Sydney will team up with Kriti Williams of USA to play Ana Jaramillo of Curacao and Gabrielle  Leslie of Barbados.  Donte will team up with Christopher Heck of Canada and play against Jacobi and Jiri Krouzek of Czech Republic in an afternoon match.

The trio will also be participating in Barbados next week at the ITF Barbados Junior International Tournament.
