Eleuthera Jr Baseball League of Rock Sound: Week 5 Results

Rock Sound – the Eleuthera Junior Baseball League of Rock Sound played week #5 games in Rock Sound.

In game #1 - Tee Ball Division- the Tarpum Bay Nippers just nipped the Rook Sound Sea Grapes 18 to 17 in an excited match for the youngsters although the parents seemed to enjoy it more..

Then in game #2 Coach Pitch Division, the Spanish Wells Hook n’ Jook  out lasted the new comers Tarpum Bay Mosquitoes in their first game by the score of 13 to 11 The Tarpons promises to be the team that gives the Hook n’ Jook a run for the pennant.

In game #3 - Junior Division - the Rock Sound Stingrays doubled up the Spanish Wells Sting-Rays 8 to 4 to tie their series at 1-1. The winning pitcher was Jonathan Brown with four strike outs, and the losing pitcher was Luke Boykin in relief of Dominic Pinder. 

In game #4 – Minor Division - the Green Castle Dragons got their first win of the season by blasting the Tarpum Bay Tarpons 17 to 6.

The winning pitcher was Ashton Petty, and the losing pitcher was J. Carey.
 
Play continues next weekend in Spanish Wells. (WEEK # 6)

·       Game 2 – Minor Division : Rock Sound Marlins    vs   Tarpum Bay Tarpons

·        Game 3  - Junior Division: Tarpum Bay Teen Agers  vs   Spanish Wells Sting-Rays
