Interview with Silvano Brutti proprietor of The Pub on The Mall

This week we spot light Silvano Brutti, proprietor of of one of Grand Bahama's most recognized landmarks, The Pub on The Mall. Originally constructed in 1964, the Pub was purchased by Silvano in 1975. Mr. Brutti has expanded The Pub on The Mall to house: Silvano’s Italian Restaurant, The Prince of Wales Lounge, The Red Dog Sports Bar, The Islander's Roost & Steak House (presently only available for functions) and Silvano's Ice Cream Factory, which supplies ice cream to all major food stores on the island. Silvano’s Italian Restaurant, The Prince of Wales Lounge, The Red Dog Sports Bar have just reopened after their summer break. Grand Bahamians have anxiously returned to support the popular eatery and meeting place.
