As much as we love food, we also love to learn about the foods we eat; their heritage, roots and why they're so important to Bahamian culture. On this week's episode Dre is guided on a Tru Bahamian Food Tour with tour guide Alanna, who walks her through the city center and helps her to discover some hidden foodie gems right in the heart of downtown Nassau.

Grab your walking shoes and get ready for a history lesson sprinkled with Bahamian bites along the way.
