LADY MILLZ
With her tell it like it is Bronx-style, alongside her raw and passionate stage presence, Diontish Dames is such the ultimate artiste.

"Music means a lot to me. It isn't just something that I bop my head to, but it ís a way of speaking for others as well as myself; shedding light on those darker aspects of life that nobody else wants to touch. After writting poetry for some time before taking it to another level I discovered the talent i possess as an art form; an outlet (through which) I express not only myself, but also my community".

Rapper Diontish Dames also known as Lady Millz was born in the beautiful country of Nassau, Bahamas on June 12th 1990. She was raised by both parents Natasha Dames and Deon Dames, and is the second oldest out of four (4) siblings. After moving to Florida in the summer of 1998 she grasped the knowledge and love of music. MILLZ Her title alone reflects the hustle that came with her struggle and remains symbolic. It describes her million dollar style, dreams, and skills. Her abilities best describes her state of mentality that shines throughout her music. Now as a teenager (20 years old) and the former spokes person for The Bahamas' largest Telecommunication Company (BTC) where she organized musicals as an advertisment tool to promote electronics throughout the Carribbean, reaching to the top is an obstacle that she magnifies with determination and pure dedication.

After her affiliation with BTC which was her first step into the music world, she has advanced tremendously as an artist gravelling under lessons experienced in her everyday life, and shining all thoughts to her peers. Today with such a substantial reputation within her community Lady Millz continues to fight for stardom as the best female rapper coming out of the Bahamas and beyond. Millz is determined to bring reality, and strive for equality within her genre by representing for all young females and males as well as older individuals with her club rocking jams, influencial lyrics, and extravagant 'swagger' which displays what " A Real artist is all about". Music is life! And life is what she represents!
