The Bahamas Celebration ran aground off Grand Bahama Island on Friday night  at around 9pm on its way to Palm Beach, Florida. There were no reported injuries.

The ship is to remain in The Bahamas so the damage can be assessed. Two scheduled cruises for Saturday and Monday were canceled.
