In a concert dubbed, "Sorry 4 the Wait" it's been a long 7 years since the failed concert attempt in Nassau, Bahamas in 2008, but the rapper is promising to make it up this weekend at a concert on Saturday, July 11th in the nation's capital. The 2008 concert fiasco made international headlines and TMZ broke the story ... stating that "a promotion company called Red City Entertainment sued Wayne for $432,000." TMZ also reported in 2013 that "a deal was struck out of court." Lil Wayne just finished performing in Haiti at at free concert and is scheduled to perform in a benefit concert for the 10th anniversary of Hurricane Katrina in August called Lil Weezyana Fest. His anticipated performance is set to take place in The Bahamas at the National Stadium Courtyard. Let's hope he makes it up to his Bahamian fans. Watch his video message to the 242 here.
