“Relaxing Time” “Fabulous time!” “Above and Beyond"
Freeport, Grand Bahama - On May 8th, 2012 members of staff were treated to a good ole “Ice cream treat” for their contribution to positive reviews from guests who visited the hotel during the recent months. Pelican Bay Hotel is centered around having happy visitor experiences as well has having happy staff! Happiness is our philosophy and we strive to implement it in our daily operations to achieve better results!

Talk about feeling pampered! The staff is fabulous, very accommodating!! The "Bread Box" was an added treat each am, nice way to start the day as you read the Times and watch boats venture out. A good deal, clean & comfortable, perfect location to do whatever you want to do... or Not.

We let the resort know that we were celebrating our 24th anniversary but with our 10 year old in tow. When we arrived in the suite, Brenda had sprinkled fresh flowers everywhere and thoughtfully had brought up a rollaway bed for our child because she thought she would be uncomfortable for 4 nights on the couch. We also received some special gifts – we use them every day! The 4th floor suite was gorgeous, spotless and had everything we needed. The basket of pastry and fruit was perfect to satisfy our child early in the mornings since we knew that we would most likely be eating “brunch” after 10:00am.

In March we held a week of meetings at the Pelican Bay and it was fantastic. I liked the facilities but the staff made the difference. Every employee we met was happy and ready to help. This property may be overlooked for the larger one across the street but there is no comparison, this property and personnel are gems, don't miss it….
