Nassau, Bahamas - The following is a press statement by the Hon. Philip Brave Davis, Deputy Prime Minister:
In reference to today's statement from the Leader of the Opposition, I thank him for his expressions of sympathy on the passing of my beloved mother on Friday past. I am sure he will understand, however, that right now my family and I are in mourning and preoccupied with funeral preparations. I will therefore defer making a substantive response to Dr. Minnis until a more appropriate time.
