Auditions to take place on Saturday, July 5th at Michael Eldon Bldg, COB campus, Oakes Field. 10am to 1:30pm; 3pm to 5pm. You are encouraged to collect copies of sides prior to audtioning.

“The Incident” centers around a young Bahamian male named Odarion involved in a shooting in and around Nassau's inner city. Odarion, a young man who is seeking to save face after being dumped by his girlfriend, shoots Anton, the new object of her affections in a fit of jealousy.   However, his actions not only affect him but others known an unknown to him.   Told from five different points of view..."

Nassau, The Bahamas - An Indian film company plans to do some filming in The Bahamas starting in June 2008. Filming will take place primarily underwater but there will be some shots above water as a ship wreck and treasure are part of the storyline. Shoot days are June 7, 13, 14, 23 through 26 and 28 in New Providence.

Titled "BLUE", the top production house has assembled an impressive line up of stars, which includes Sanjay Dutt, Akshay Kumar, Suniel Shetty, Lara Dutta and Zayed Khan. Tony, a new director, has been entrusted the directorial reins of this project.

Nassau, Bahamas - Anthaya Art Gallery, in association with the Bahamas Department of Culture announces a CALL FOR WORKS from Bahamian Artists to participate in the Grand Opening of  Anthaya Art Gallery from May 19 - 30th. All mediums are being accepted - from visual art to literary works.

Artists must apply to the Department of Culture to be a part of this event.
