NASSAU, The Bahamas - The Ministry of Youth, Sports and Culture launched the 61st E. Clement Bethel National Arts Festival at the National Art Gallery, February 13, 2020.  Officially declared launched by Minister of Youth, Sports and Culture the Hon.
