FREEPORT, Grand Bahama, The Bahamas - The BOKA Vanguard, a semi-submersible heavy lift ship that can function as a floating dry dock, safely delivered the Carnival Vista cruise ship to the Grand Bahama Ship Yard for repairs on Saturday, July 13, 2019.  The cruise ship delivery by floating dry dock was a unique event, and Freeport, Grand Bahama, provided a backdrop for this historic occasion.
