Bahamas on the shooting down of Malaysian flight 17

The Bahamas expresses condolences to the governments and peoples of Malaysia, the Netherlands, Australia, Indonesia the United Kingdom, Belgium, the Philippines, New Zealand, Canada and the United States on the loss of MH Flight 17 while flying over Ukraine.  We call for the strongest action by the international community to ensure that those who are responsible for this unspeakable tragedy are brought to justice.  

We stand with all of the families who have lost loved ones and their governments at this time. We stand ready to assist in mobilizing international opinion to ensure that justice is served.   

Our offices abroad have been instructed to send a copy of this note of condolence to the respective countries, all of whom ha d citizens on Malaysian Flight 17.
