NASSAU, The Bahamas – During the visit of His Excellency Michel Joseph Martelly, President of the Republic of Haiti to The Bahamas, February 7 - 8, 2012 meetings were held between Ministers of Foreign Affairs and of National Security of both countries. Talks focused on immigration issues, the redevelopment of that country since the 2010 devastating earthquake; and security matters relating to crime, the trafficking of persons and narcotics.
