The Government of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas has congratulated the Government and people of the Republic of Indonesia on the celebration of its Independence Day, 17th August.The Government of The Bahamas looks forward to continuing the friendly and co-operative relationship that has existed between the two countries since the inception of Diplomatic Relations in 1977.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has sent a formal Diplomatic Note of congratulations to the Government of Indonesia to that effect.
