I wish to begin by giving thanks to the Almighty God for granting me another year to stand here to represent the constituents of Seabreeze, and to make my contribution to this 2020-2021 Budget Debate.
It has been a pleasure and certainly a privilege to serve the people of Seabreeze and I am immensely grateful to stand here on their behalf and to receive their continued support to speak as their voice in these hallowed chambers.

I also wish to thank the good member for Killarney, the Most Honorable Prime Minister, Dr. Hubert Minnis for continuing to repose confidence in me to serve as a member of his Cabinet with responsibility for the Ministry of Youth, Sports and Culture. I remain persuaded that he and I and each member so elected have been handpicked to serve for a time such as this
