NASSAU, The Bahamas -- The Hon. Frankie Campbell, Minister of Social Services and Urban Development, addressed the Ministry of Social Services and Urban Development's 21st Annual Nation Builders Awards Ceremony under the theme, 'Celebrating Older Human Rights Champions' in the Ballroom, Government House, Mount Fitzwilliam on Monday, October 29, 2018.  Standing Honourees: Alpheus Ramsey, Arthur Peet, Louise McPhee, Minerva Rolle, Andrea Elizabeth Archer, Pearl Rahming, Prince A.
