Nassau, The Bahamas - Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to the Commonwealth of The Bahamas Her Excellency Dai Qingli paid a courtesy call on Minister of Youth, Sports and Culture the Hon. Iram Lewis, on April 15, 2021, at the Ministry, on University Boulevard.  Present from the Ministry were Permanent Secretary Eugene Poitier; Under Secretary Montez Williams; Director of Sports, Timothy Munnings; Head of the Youth Division, Mrs. Sandena Neely; and Assistant Director of Culture Portia Sands.  Also a part of Her Excellency's delegation were Counselor and Deputy Chief of Mission Yin Haigang and Chief of Economic and Commercial Affairs and First Secretary Fan Jinke.  Topics discussed included initiatives and possible interactions in the areas of youth, sports and culture, including online training and cultural exchanges.  (BIS Photos / Eric Rose)
