Nassau, Bahamas - Celebrating the 13th Annual Public Service and Recognition of Retirees Week, more than 200 civil servants gathered October 6 for the fourth Annual Tea Party and Fashion Show at the Keith Archer Centre in the BCPOU Hall on Farrington Road. The theme of the event was, "A Study In Black and White." Remarks were given by Mrs. Elizabeth Keju, acting Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Labour and National Insurance, who was happy to see "a full house" and thanked the supporters for coming out and creating a successful event. Male and female models showcased office wear, straw bags, evening wear and bridal wear. The $500 first prize was won by staff from Bahamas Information Services (BIS) for donating the table decorations. (BIS Photos / Derek Smith).
